Misha is a very smart and playful dog. While she does not require a canine companion, she would do best in a home with another dog that she can play with/direct some of her energy at. She loves everyone she meets (human, dog, cat) but can get very overeager to say hello (read: she gets very vocal) which some other animals can find off-putting; however, once she is able to say hello, she calms down quickly and is very submissive with new friends. She is eager to please and picks up on training very quickly. Misha would do best with an active family with a good fenced yard for playing fetch in. While she is a high-energy dog, she is not go-go-go all the time; she is content to laze around during the day or in between play sessions with her dog or human friends. The most important factor for Misha is finding a home with a family that is able to maintain her treatment regiment for her conditions (Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency and Atypical Addison's; the EPI in particular is expensive to treat.) Misha has Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency, which means she must take a special supplement with her meals and cannot have any food or treats in between meals/without that supplement.
